Behind the Orange Pilled tee
Everybody remembers the moment bitcoin finally made sense. This tee is for people who have been orange pilled, and for the friends who did it to them.
The phrase borrows from The Matrix, the 1999 film in which taking the red pill means seeing the world as it really is. Bitcoiners swapped red for orange, the color of the bitcoin logo. Being orange pilled is the moment someone stops seeing bitcoin as a fad and starts seeing it as money. To orange pill someone is to help them reach that point, often over many conversations, a book recommendation or a gift of a few sats.

What does orange pilled mean?

Why is half the capsule solid and half outlined?
The two halves suggest a before and after: the outline is the old way of seeing money, and the solid half is the moment it clicks. It also gives a single orange object some depth without adding a second color.
