Wrong size or a flawed print? Here is how exchanges and replacements work.
Free replacements
We are happy to replace your order free of charge within 30 days of delivery if:
- the tee is flawed,
- the print quality is poor, or
- the tee you received is different from the one shown on our site.
Email support@bitcoincasual.com with your order number, a photo of the tee and any close-up shots that show the problem. We review every claim, and if it is approved we send the replacement at no cost to you.
Size exchanges
You can exchange an unworn, unused and unwashed tee for a different size within 30 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are for a different size in the same design.
- You pay the shipping for the return and the exchange.
- Each item can be exchanged once.
Email us your order number and the size you need, and we will send you the return address.
Other returns
For any other request, email support@bitcoincasual.com. If your return is approved, we send you a return address. You pay the return shipping. Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear.
Returns sent without approval, and tees that are washed, worn or damaged, cannot be refunded or replaced, and the item is forfeited.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled with a full refund until they go into production, which usually starts within 24–48 hours of ordering. Email us as soon as possible.
