Every tee is printed to order, so most questions come down to timing. Here is how it works.
Orders
What is the status of my order?
After you order you get a confirmation email. When your order ships, you get a second email with your tracking number.
If you did not receive those emails, check your spam folder or the promotions tab. Still nothing? Contact us with your order number.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, until your order goes into production. Production usually starts within 24–48 hours. Email us your order number and the change (a different size, or a new shipping address) and we will update it.
Once an order is in production it can no longer be changed.
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel items that have not gone into production yet, with a full refund. Email support@bitcoincasual.com with your order details as soon as possible.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on US orders over $75. Below that it is a flat $4.99 per order. You see the exact amount in your bag before you pay.
How long will it take to get my order?
Each tee is made to order. Most orders are printed and shipped within 3–4 business days. After that, allow about 5 days for delivery in the continental US, and about 2 weeks for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. We ship to US addresses only.
Sizing, exchanges and replacements
My shirt does not fit. What can I do?
You can exchange an unworn, unused and unwashed tee for a different size within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are for a different size in the same design. You pay the shipping for the return and the exchange, and each item can be exchanged once.
Something is wrong with my tee. What can I do?
If your tee is flawed, the print quality is poor, or it is not the product shown on our site, we replace it free within 30 days of delivery. Email support@bitcoincasual.com with your order number and a photo of the problem.
Can I return a tee for another reason?
Email us first. If the return is approved we send you a return address. You pay the return shipping, and the refund appears 3–5 business days after we receive the tee. Items that are washed, worn, damaged or sent back without approval cannot be refunded or replaced. Details are on the returns & exchanges page.
What are the tees made of?
Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, in a unisex tailored crew neck fit. Designs are printed direct-to-garment (DTG). Sizes run from XS to 3XL.
