Terms of Service.

These terms apply to your use of www.bitcoincasual.com and to every order you place with Bitcoin Casual ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Bitcoin Casual is a small apparel brand that prints and sells t-shirts. You can reach us at support@bitcoincasual.com or through the contact page.

2. Products

We sell black, unisex crew neck t-shirts in sizes XS to 3XL. We try to show every design accurately, but colors can look different on different screens, and the printed size and placement can vary slightly from the photos because each shirt is printed to order.

3. Orders and prices

• Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each product page and in your bag.
• An order is accepted when your payment is confirmed and we send you a confirmation email.
• We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item cannot be produced or if there is an obvious pricing or typing error. We will tell you by email.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe on a secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number. Charges appear as soon as your order is placed.

5. Shipping

We ship to US addresses only. Processing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and are described in our shipping policy. Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, the package is considered delivered.

6. Changes and cancellations

Because every shirt is printed to order, changes and cancellations are only possible before your order goes into production, which usually starts within 24 to 48 hours. Email us your order number as soon as possible.

7. Returns, exchanges and replacements

Our returns and exchanges page explains how size exchanges and free replacements for flawed or misprinted shirts work. Those rules form part of these terms.

8. Our designs and other people's names

The designs, artwork, text and layout of this site belong to Bitcoin Casual. You may not copy or resell them without our written permission. Names, phrases, events and marks that appear on our shirts or pages belong to their owners and are used only to describe or comment on Bitcoin culture. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any person or company mentioned on this site.

9. No financial advice

Nothing on this site, in our guides or on our shirts is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing is an offer to buy or sell any asset. We do not sell, trade or hold cryptocurrency for customers. Any figures or dates in our guides are for general information and may be out of date.

10. Using the website

Please do not misuse the site: do not try to break it, overload it, copy it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access if you do.

11. Our responsibility

We take care to make and describe our products accurately. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies to orders placed after it is posted.
