St Patrick's Day is celebrated on March 17, and in 2027 it falls on a Wednesday. The saying about a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is a well-known piece of Irish folklore. A sat is just 0.00000001 of a bitcoin, so a pot of sats is a pot of very small coins, which is the whole joke. The shirt carries no green and no costume, only a pot, some coins and the pun.
